Key Responsibilities
- βManage a portfolio of strategic customers throughout their lifecycle to drive product adoption and deliver tailored solutions
- βLead complex integrations, including APIs, flat files, and third-party tools, and redesign platform architecture
- βRun solution audits and provide high-level recommendations to maximize business impact and long-term value
- βSupport Customer Success partners on functional and technical questions and troubleshoot integration issues
- βDevelop repeatable and scalable processes to improve project quality and delivery
- βContribute to the knowledge base by sharing best practices and lessons learned
- βDeliver professional services and platform audits as outlined in the service catalogue
Requirements
- β3+ years of professional consulting experience in a customer-facing role, such as technical consultant or account manager
- βPrevious deployment experience with SaaS products, ideally in HR-related fields
- βProject management skills and ability to manage priorities across multiple customer implementations
- βGood understanding and experience working with APIs, SSO configuration, and troubleshooting
- βSolution-oriented, client-first mindset with adaptability to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- βOrganized, structured, rational, and analytical approach to work
- βFluent French (US/UK) or B2 level equivalent English proficiency
