Join our scaling team as a Technical Operations Engineer and power our world-class IRT/RTSM system. This fast-paced role covers everything from SRE and DevOps to Systems Admin and Release Management. What You’ll Do • Drive the execution and delivery within the team with a focus on quality. • Work on key architecture initiatives including migrating RTSM Windows infrastructure to AWS. • Iteratively define and refine operational processes and best practices as the team grows. • Perform root cause analysis for complex failures and offer modern solutions. • Identify and manage technical risks preventing them from becoming issues. • Production study deployments Requirements • Four-year degree in IT-related field or equivalent experience in related field • Willingness to learn! • Experience with AWS • Windows Server, Microsoft stack experience • Demonstrated proficiency with scripting languages (Powershell, VBScript, etc) • Strong communication skills • IIS and Webserver Knowledge Nice to Have • Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools • Experience with VMWare/vSphere #LI-Remote Veeva’s headquarters is located in the San Francisco Bay Area with offices in more than 15 countries around the world.
