The Role
Data is only as powerful as the insights we extract from it. The Analytics Business Consulting Team is focused on supporting our customers by designing and delivering data and analytics solutions for the core business issues faced by todayβs life sciences organizations.Β In doing so we ensure the enablement and adoption of the products aligned to Veeva Data Cloud.Β As a Senior Consultant/Consultant for Analytics, you will leverage Veevaβs proprietary data products to revolutionize how our clients identify, segment, and engage with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs). You will be the expert in transforming raw signals into precise Segmentation & Targeting (S&T) strategies.
What Youβll Do
β’ Dynamic Segmentation & Targeting: Lead projects by integrating proprietary Veeva data assets. Move clients beyond static targeting to dynamic, behavior-based segmentation.
β’ Leverage Veeva Data Suite: Utilize specific Veeva data products to uncover actionable insights.
β’ Data Strategy Consulting: Advise clients on how to clean, integrate, and govern their commercial data to support AI-driven decision-making.
β’ Performance Analytics: Design dashboards and KPIs that measure the effectiveness of commercial strategies using real-time data inputs.
Requirements
β’ Experience: 3+ years in Commercial Analytics, Data Science within Pharma/Biotech.
β’ Core Competency - S&T: Deep expertise in Segmentation & Targeting methodologies, territory alignment, and incentive compensation principles in the China market.
β’ Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) and data manipulation (SQL, Python/R is a plus).
β’ Product Familiarity: Experience working with HCP master data.
β’ Analytical Mindset: Ability to translate complex data sets into a clear business narrative for the Commercial section.
Nice to Have
β’ Experience in Omnichannel Analytics
β’ Advanced degree in Statistics, Data Science, or Economics.
