The Role
We're looking for talented individuals to join our Global MedTech Business Consulting team, where you'll help shape quality and regulatory management strategies and processes as well as be a leading force to enable AI for the world's top MedTech organizations.
This position leads innovative strategies and improvements related to regulatory and quality processes which may include registration and submission strategies, new product introduction, product changes, and quality management standards. The role will identify the root cause of business issues, define critical success factors, and develop structured, high-impact approaches to solutions, ultimately building critical customer relationships. This position will also play a critical role in leading the introduction of Veevaβs AI custom and standard agents in partnership with our customers.
This is a remote, full-time permanent role with Veeva. This is a customer-facing role and we have no work location requirement if you are in close proximity to an airport and able to meet future travel requirements.

What You'll Do
β’ Prepare customers to adopt Veeva AI solutions in their regulatory and quality practices, focusing on efficiency and productivity gains
β’ Lead harmonization of regulatory processes focused on new product introduction, product changes, submissions, and registration strategies and alignment
β’ Lead harmonization of quality processes including document hierarchy, change control, training strategies, and CAPA and non-conformance plans
β’ Build operating models and governance to manage new ways of working
β’ Set the strategic direction and define key performance indicators for increased efficiency throughout the regulatory and quality landscape
β’ Develop and deliver comprehensive change management programs in support of the rollout of PromoMats and new AI functionality
Requirements
β’ 5+ years of experience with a management consulting firm or relevant industry experience
β’ Strong track record of delivering client advisory engagements
β’ Core management consulting skills, including: workshop facilitation, client presentations, project management, change management and ability to develop structured approaches/methodologies to business problems
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent oral and written communication skills
β’ Familiarity with agentic AI applications and business use cases
β’ Ability to travel roughly 25% but this can vary depending on engagement
β’ Experience working with a RIM or QMS system; preferably Veeva applications
β’ Bachelorβs degree is required

Compensation
β’ Base pay: $80,000 - $200,000
β’ The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
