Position Overview
Neowiz continues to take on new challenges by developing innovative games that cross the boundaries of platforms and genres.
Currently, we are hiring a product operations manager to handle the Chinese market operations and PR for BrownDust 2.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Official SNS Channel Management & Content Marketing Strategy
β’ Manage and operate Chinese social platforms (Bilibili)
β’ Develop and execute content promotion strategies to expand the fan base, and maintain a positive brand reputation.
β’ Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) & Influencer Collaborations
β’ Lead multi-channel marketing initiatives (live streaming, promotional videos, Ads) in partnership with creators on Bilibili, TikTok, and third-party platforms.
β’ Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns aligned with version updates and major milestones to ensure maximum exposure and impact.
β’ User Community Operations & VOC Management
β’ Operate and manage core user communities (e.g. QQ) and plan community events to increase engagement and to expand the user pool.
β’ Collect and analyze VOC to ensure a stable service environment and manage brand risks.
β’ IP Operations & Offline Promotion Planning
β’ Expand on-and-offline user touchpoints by managing pop-up stores, participating in major exhibitions, and planning official merchandise.
β’ Support long-term, stable IP operations in China by planning UGC (User-Generated Content) initiatives to foster a self-sustaining ecosystem.
Qualifications
β’ 3+ years of experience in marketing or community management
β’ Relevant experience in the ACG (Anime, Comic, and Games) industry is required.
β’ Strong understanding of the global subculture gaming market and its community trends.
β’ Strong data analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies and execution.
β’ A passion for ACG content
Preferred Skills
β’ Experience working with international teams and understanding diverse cultural aesthetics.
β’ Proficiency in Korean, English, and Japanese (Korean is preferred, professional English skills required, and a plus for experience with Japanese or Traditional Chinese).
β’ Experience in large-scale ACG projects
β’ Self-motivated with a high degree of autonomy and a strong sense of project ownership.
