About the Role

We are seeking a Finance professional to join our team, focusing on financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. This role involves collaborating cross-functionally to drive budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

→Support annual budgeting, re-forecasting, and long-range planning processes with driver-based models
→Collaborate with Technology and G&A teams to forecast, track, and analyze operating expenses and capital expenditures
→Work cross-functionally to identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and drive cost optimization
→Prepare Monthly Business Reviews to present financial results, KPIs, and budget variances
→Leverage financial and operational data to build detailed reports and drive actionable strategic insights
→Prepare ad hoc analyses for key stakeholders to support data-driven decision making
→Partner with Accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting through accruals, reclassifications, and variance analyses
→Ensure integrity and consistency of financial and operational data across reporting systems and processes
→Drive automation, efficiency, and accuracy improvements in Finance processes

Requirements

✓3+ years of experience in financial reporting, FP&A, accounting, or corporate finance
✓Bachelor’s degree in Business or Accounting/Finance required
✓Experience with Planful preferred
✓Experience with call center financial management preferred
