We're looking for a Software Developer to join our growing team!

Overview:
The ideal candidate should possess expert knowledge in backend development, writing reusable, testable, and efficient code for an on-premises product. You will be part of a core team building a new dynamic feature for the Network Observability suite of productions.
You will work as part of the small highly focused engineering team and follow an Agile software development process. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive the technical strategies for our products.
Responsibilities:
β’ Understanding and /or creating architecture design diagrams
β’ Leveraging open source and open standards to deliver new service with minimal coding
β’ Creating a new dynamic service for Network Observability
β’ Implementing effective security protocols and data protection measures
β’ Implementing automated testing harness to fully exercise new service
β’ Coordinating with internal teams to train and support new technical solution
Qualifications:
β’ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
β’ Strong knowledge and history of leverage open source and open technology
β’ Strong knowledge of OpenTelemetry and gRPC strongly preferred
β’ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
β’ Passion for mentoring and developing engineering talent
β’ Golang and REST API integration experience using any framework
