About the Role
The Quality Reporting Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring practice and ACO success in Medicare Advantage and commercial contracts with a focus on HEDIS quality measures. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for quality measure performance.
Key Responsibilities
- →Apply knowledge of HEDIS quality measures to address incentivized contract measures across multiple health plans
- →Access practices in-person or remotely to retrieve documentation for quality gap closure
- →Submit documentation to health plans using optimal methods for each practice
- →Coordinate Electronic Health Record system access setup and login management
- →Consult with market field team members on quality reporting strategy
Requirements
- ✓1+ years experience in quality reporting in healthcare or health plan setting
- ✓Experience working within at least one major Electronic Health Record system
- ✓Comfortable exporting data, formatting and reporting results using Excel or Google Sheets
- ✓Able to work independently and prioritize deadlines
- ✓Strong written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Strong attention to detail
