This role will ensure data integrity, oversee platform performance, and enable business teams to leverage AI-driven insights effectively Key Responsibilities: • Administer and maintain the Glean enterprise insights and GPT platform, including access management, integrations, and system updates. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure data quality and usability for reporting and AI-driven insights. • Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to maximize adoption and efficiency. • Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and best practices for end users. • Support initiatives to leverage AI tools for advanced analytics, automation, and business decision-making. Education • Minimum Required: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar Skills Required • 4+ years of experience with enterprise AI platforms, GPT integrations, or data analytics tools. • Strong technical skills in data management, platform administration, and user support. • Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate complex technical concepts clearly. • Experience with process optimization and adoption of AI-driven tools is a plus.
