About the Role
We are looking for a Client Success Partner to join our Strategic team, supporting our most strategic clients in their digital training strategy through the 360Learning platform. You will manage a portfolio of around 8 clients, building strong relationships with HR executives to drive usage, adoption, and impact of our solution.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build strong relationships with HR executives (CHRO, Chief Learning Officer, Digital Learning Manager) of strategic clients
- →Coordinate 360Learning resources (technical, pedagogical) to ensure client renewal
- →Empower clients with strategic positioning and vision provided by our solution
- →Ensure renewal or signing of new contracts for accounts in your portfolio
- →Demonstrate value and impact of our solution through KPIs
- →Define learning transformation roadmaps with clients and identify needed resources
- →Develop trust between clients and 360Learning through direct contact with Top Management teams
- →Work with Account Managers to identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities
- →Reduce churn by identifying at-risk customers and implementing remedial action plans
Requirements
- ✓6+ years of experience as a Client Success Manager or in HR/Learning/Change Management Consulting or as a Digital Learning Manager
- ✓Ability to lead complex and impactful projects for Strategic accounts (more than 12,500 employees)
- ✓Proven knowledge of the SaaS B2B industry
- ✓Proven interest in digital industry, education, and e-learning
- ✓Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ✓Native French and excellent English proficiency (B2 minimum)
